If you do not pass your exam after using our prep package, we will provide:

How to Claim Your Free Access
If you failed your exam, please contact our support team and provide:
- A scanned copy or clear screenshot of your official exam result (unchanged)
- Candidate Name
- Purchase Date
- Exam Provider
- Description of the Order (Exam Code)
- Candidate ID / Testing ID
- Your Scores
Note:
- We only accept an official exam result in scanned form or a screenshot.
- No edited, forwarded, or modified reports will be considered.
- All fraudulent or fake report submissions will be rejected without a response.
Refund & Claim Limitations
Your claim will not be accepted if:
- You bought the wrong exam.
- You took your exam within 2 days of purchase (5 days minimum preparation required).
- You took your exam more than 7 days after the exam date.
- The exam result does not match the name of your Toppers360 account.
- You purchased the exam and took it on the same day.
- The exam you took is not within the valid date range.
- Your free exam was a free or replacement exam.
- The purchased package was a LAB-only offer.
- You took the exam at a discount or during a promotion.
